The whole negotiations like I said all along were a smokescreen for Arum to pretend to be "caring and sympathetic" to Floyd while seeming to really try to get the fight made.

It was promotion all along for an in house title hand over to his cash cow.

Margs might as well just hand him that vacant belt right after the fight.
