Comments Thread For: Arum Reveals All on Mayweather-Pacquiao Negotiations

Top Rank CEO Bob Arum held his conference call to announce the outcome of the Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather Jr. negotiations for a November 13 showdown in Las Vegas. A proposal was sent to Mayweather a few weeks back. Mayweather was given a July 16 deadline to approve the deal. He never responded.

I've been listening to the conference call. For someone who hates Mayweather i'm actually surprised at the answers Arum gave. Hopefully Mayweather's team issues a statement letting boxing fans know what's going on. If he's waiting on the situation with his Uncle to play out then I can understand that, but say something man!!!

Lol I voted for Tim Bradley on the Top Rank poll and he actually won the poll by a comfortable margin. But Arum is basically saying in a nice way that Bradley is a nobody.

Ross Greenburg probably has more answers than Arum.

revealing what? his not commenting on "the specifics"

only thing we learned tonight is that there was no agreed on deal and he never talked to Goldenboy or Mayweather promotions

I voted for Bradley as well. No point fighting cotto and Margarito would be in Mexico.

Arum is blaming this on Roger Mayweathers court appearance.
