can VK fight on 24th if its a nontitle fight?

so they probably wont let VK defend the belt on the 24th, unless its against the rock/barrett winner, fine..... can he fight in a nontitle fight?? then fight rock/MB in Dec??? i just seriously doubt the winner of the fight in Aug will be ready by Sept and i dont wanna see VK out that long, but i dont wanna see him walk away from the belt either(which i dont think he'll do)....

or how bout a stipulation that if the winner is unable to go on the 24th, vk is allowed to fight brock in oct and then the winner next year??

I dont think a non title fight is possible for Vitali.
I also dont think winner of Barret Rahman will be ready for the September date therfore the WBC should let Klitschko have a title defense on that date, I have been really disspaointed in all this crap. I want to see Vitali fight Rahman and I was so excoted when the fight was scheduled for April 30th then all the **** had to happen and we still havent seen a Klitschko fight.
All this **** it messed up and its all about money not about the fans who watch the sport and make the sport possible. King is so ****** for making this interim match cause it only moves things back even momre and I think Vitali holding out has to do with Shelly Finkel playing games with Don King, these guys need to stop screwing around and make things happen....
