it shows some things very clear, GBP is not Floyds promoter, well why the heck he wants another promoter when he has mayweather promotions...
bob arum should be commended for trying to make the fight. he exhausted available avenues to make the agreement even thru Ross Greenburg (HBO), the executive of the one which telecasts fights and 24/7 series. even they wanted the fight to happen that they bypassed GBP, which botched the first negotiation. bob went on to reach out to the same person who he thinks floyd listens to, Al Haymon, but to no avail. Floyd doesnt really want to fight manny, accept that, nobody can do anything about it, even al haymon. we should not blame floyd, he doesnt care what people thinks, even what his fans feels. he only cares for PBF. thats a fact, hes the one who said that. so accept it, he doesnt want to fight pacquiao, dont blame him, leave him alone, hes got enough. you also have your own fears..

I thought the contract was ready to go. Man hes full of ****.
He probably gave them a contract with the old offer and let HBO try to sort out the mess....hardly what I would call negotiations.

If Greenburg indeed was the liason, why didn't they even mention ANYTHING Greenburg relayed to Arum????
            Sounds like utter trash.

FLOYD NEGOTIATION WAS EXACTLY AFTER THE SHANE FIGHT, LARRY MERCHANT ASKED, AND THE WHOLE WORLD HEARD THAT.

IT made news around teh world. There was nothing to negotiate, floyd stated if manny wants the fight he has to agree 2 random drug testing. So if he (ARUM) hasnt had contact with anyone from team mayweather, then why o why can he have an ultimatum??

I can see it now, I (arum) WILL produce a cut off date for floyd even though I havent even spoken to his team once.....

WAS THE CONTRACT EVEN SENT TO FLOYD??

Lord knows if the contract was never sent, TEAM PACQUIAO AND ARUM WILL BE CRUCIFIED!!!

REMEMBER MANNY SUPPOSEDLY CONCEEDED TO RANDOM DRUG TESTING TOO.

DID FLOYD HAVE A CUT OFF TIME FRAME?

DONT GIVE ME PROMOTIONAL BULL**** THIS FIGHT HAS BEEN ON EVERY BOXING FANS LIPS, AS WELL AS OTHER PROFESSIONAL BOXERS.

THIS VERY DAMN FORUM IS PACKED WITH MAY VS PAC THREADS, YOU CANT GOOGLE EITHERS NAME WITHOUT SEEING AN ARTICLE RELATING TO A POTENTIAL FIGHT.

                  THIS FIGHT SELLS ITSELF!!

ITS SO BIG MMA MANAGERS ARE TALKING ABOUT IT AS WELL AS MMA FIGHTERS AND TRAINERS!!

THE EVERY FIRST THING ASKED OF PACQUIAO AFTER HE BEAT CLOTTEY WAS "WOULD THERE BE A SHOWDOWN WITH MAYWEATHER." THATS 700K RIGHT THERE

THE SAME WITH FLOYD AS WELL AFTER THE SHANE FIGHT. Thats 1.4 million viewers right there.

Simply with that is enough to nearly equal floyd and delahoya!

oh here we go again.. everybody knows what happened to the first time they negotiated, everybody knows the beef between GBP's oscar and arum, especially everybody also knows the beef between arum and floyd, . everybody in boxing and also other multitude of casual fans knows what the magnitude of this fight is, particularly the money involved/ projected to be made for all people involved. anyone in boxing cannot deny the fact that ross greenburg and his HBO is very much interested in the fight and very much willing to bankroll it as much as they did with the other fights of floyd. and who doesnt know in boxing what al haymon's role in team mayweather is. with that bob not only showed interest, he made concessions and made the move to at least approached and talked to the person he thought have an access to the other team. previous avenues were proven to be dead ends. despite the enormity and implication of the fight the other team displayed indifference so is that not clear enough for you? or do you really think what i think you are thinking that there is still an avenue that bob can try like thru god. you want bob to offer sacrifices to boxing deities? like goats or turledoves?
