No ones bossing anyone around, Top Rank is Paq's promoter , GBP has the OK to handel Floyd's negotiations. Both Top Rank and GBP agreed, now Top Rank and GBP are waiting on Floyd, If Floyd doesn't sign by a time then Top Rank and Paq will look elsewhere.
