How does a person, entertainer, athlete like someone of Mayweather's status "forget" or just not pay taxes that are due? Is it just really ****ty accounting? Can it be the IRS just waiting to make an example of someone by allowing delinquency and evasion to a certain breaking point in order to allow the figure owed to rise?
