I've truly tried giving Floyd the benefit of the doubt as much as I could. But I just don't see what will prevent Floyd from signing the contract to earn his biggest payday and potentially the richest victory of his career. I think the longer this goes, the interest is going to start to diminish. If the fight isn't signed, I really hope to see a good and fair reason why not.
cut the bs excuses maker who doesnt understand what RANDOM means
i think the more appropriate question should be...who should get the bigger blame? everyone should share the blame imo but if down to the question of who should be blamed more i will vote for floyd. not that i believe all of arum's media statements but floyd has all the time in the world to either confirm or deny those statements but he never did. maybe he doesn't care at all but this situation is bigger than his ego and he owes it to the sports of boxing and the fans to express his side. he doesn't need to accept arum's proposed terms but he has to explain his disagreement if that's his position. in the first place we've known floyd as a proud guy who's never hesitant to speak out his mind on all issues sourrounding his boxing career so for him to keep his silence is almost unacceptable.

how dare Arum give Floyd a deadline...doesn't he know that it takes more than 2 weeks to read a contract?
He's done this his whole career. This is just another duck in a long line of ducks by this guy.
The jig is up man. He got clowned on national tv yesterday. Everyone's fed up with his **** and you keep making excuses for him.
Jack you have a serious case of Confirmation bias.
I could never really have a discussion with you because we could never
agree on a premise too have a discussion.

You have a serious case of revisionist history.
The premise is actually pretty simple, you either fight the best or you cherrypick.
You can play little games with yourself all you want, but when it comes down to it, his best win is a 38 year old man.
I actualy started a thread a very similar thread earlier, and it got shut down. Basically asking what the terms of the countdown was and who would be at fault. I thought I didn't post it since I couldn't find it five mins later, so I made the same thread agan and asked braddman whats up. He told me he sort of mistakingly deleted the first one, and that someone else jumped on the second one. Mind you it was the first post on pacquiao and Mayweather I have made in ages, had no bias whatsoever, and was made out of legitimate concern. It was meant to foster discussion and both got shut down. I recieved an appology for the first one, but the second one got shot down faster than a black hawk in Mogadishu.
I am all for deleting the back and forth garbage, but its sort of a slap in the face to have one of your serious threads deleted when you rarely speak on the subject, mean to foster a sensible discussion, and are one of the more respected posters here. Thats just my take.
