Team Pac and Arum are to blame for this fight falling through..just like they were to blame the first time when they rejected the same terms Team Mayweather offered them 6 months ago (before Mosley accepted the challenge to prove he was clean..and Mayweather said any fighter he now faces will have to have full OST)...
but really..what is actually "falling through" here..more than likely there has been NO negotiations..Team May has said in the past that Arum/Pac were negotiating with themselves when Arum first claimed this after the Mosley fight..and lets not forget the time he tried to make it seem like Floyd rejected the offer in mediation..then it was exposed by the mediator that Arum lied..but infact Team Pac was the one who rejected the 14 day cut off offer!
we have only heard there was negotiations from one party..from the ever-so truthful Arum who said this time they were not going to negotiate through the media..but wait..isnt that what happened..maybe, just maybe this is a smokescreen to make it look like they tried so they wont be crucified for taking a fight with Tony Plaster!

the only good thing that can come from this is when the fight is finally made, the casual fans will make Pac a betting favorite..and I can win more..

Negotiations wise, Pacquiao is not smooth at all to make a fight with.

Easiest fight ever made recently for Pacquiao was Pac-Clottey for obvious reasons.
