How does Floyd beating Mosley decisively change the landscape? That doesn't make the least bit of sense.

We'll see how things turn out as far as the fight being made.

Guys you should have known this fight would never happen if Pac turned down 30+ million the first time over a little blood, the ONLY way it was ever going to happen is if Floyd bent on the 14 day cutoff which I hoped he never did, I dont have a problem with it not happening because Floyd shouldnt fight a guy who could be juicing. He could have fought Oscar a second time and made millions again, but he didnt, that should tell you that Floyd is his own man.

respectfully, floyd proved bob and the experts that doubted him wrong by easily defeating a bigger true HOF ww. The kind of fighter Bob and some boxing media members accused him of ducking.

Not only did he look great, the fight, while boring, outsold manny's last fight 2 to 1 in ppvs. It also made more at the gate with a 1/3 of the number of fans in attendance.

IMO, the negotiating leverage after May 1 was clearly on floyd's side.

If there is a legitimate 'proposal' from team Pacman on the table which apparently has Pacquiao agreeing to EVERYTHING; I bet Floyd isn't signing due to Roger's sentence.

I highly doubt its about how much money he has in the bank...one thing is for certain, if he loves money so much do you really think he's going to turn down his biggest paycheck of his career? Not a chance...even Zab Judah has stated that he knows Floyd well enough and he wont turn down that money.

At least they gotta say something. Anything. If that's the reason they don't want a fight they have their big mouths to blurt it out loud.

Damn Floyd in a whole lotta **** again.

Floyd might reply tomorrow AFTER the deadline but he won't do it in time of "Arums Deadline" so if your waiting for a reply today then you are WASTING YOU TIME

it is NO WAY Mayweather will give Arum that much Power and replying to "his DEADLINE"

And Pac had the the exact same kind of victory, against pretty much the same opponent, with the same kind of numbers, against Miguel Cotto.

What's your point? How did Floyd beating Mosley decisively change who has leverage? It just proved what we already knew: Floyd and Pac are the two best fighters in the world and need to fight.

I'm looking at this from a business standpoint. Manny comes off as a good draw but not as good as floyd. This business is about making money and putting asses in the seats. In January, it was legitimate to think they wer equal. Following May 1 it was clear they were not. I'm thinking this changed how much floyd and GBP wre willing to guarantee manny and certain other demands were likely added.

You are right that they are the two best and I agree they need to fight.
