I cant even remember seeing Juan ever beat anyone noteworthy really but dont get me wrong he had a good run in bantam division and he beat a solid fighter in steven luavano.
But the guy was knowned down by conception lmao if that was gamboa it would of been good night.
You know the truth and Gamboa is it, Im just going to wait til lopez grows some balls.
Are you saying Lopez will beat Gamboa ? Is that what you gettin at?
CAN WE PLEASE REMEMBER GAMBOA HAS EVEN PAST 20 FIGHTS YET LMAO JUAN LOPEZ HAS THE EXPERIANCE YET HE FEARS GAMBOA HE KNOWS IT TOO.
FACTS = HE LOSSES TO GAMBOA
Gerry Penalosa, Steve Luevano, and Daniel Ponce De Leon are far better than anyone on Gamboa's weak ass resume. Face it.

    The Maricon's resume > Gamboa's resume

All of this is trivial however, because both of these women fear Caballero.

Juan Lopez opposition better than Gamboa?

This is ludacrus to even question Gamboa as a fighter hes the truth and Juan knowz it thats why he wont sign yet.

Sorry for my spelling this is the internet afterall and not a ****ing english class im sure you all can use your common sense to work out what i said.
      i really like both fighters.

i dont think hes proven himself at all. 18-0 is still prospect country. gamboa got the wba from rojas who didnt even have the belt. i still am fuzzy on that becasue didnt chris john have the belt or did he vacate it? i dont know, anyway------gamboa didnt beat a champ for the belt. now that i'm looking at his record hes only won belts that were vacant. big difference winning a vacant belt as compared to actually beating a champ. no problem cuz i still like gamboa-----very exciting to watch.

i do believe that juanma has faced better opposition. how can one not? juanman has been winning belts by beating champs and has moved in weight.

look man, the smaller guys have always made less. juanma is getting 1 million dollar paydays (or so ive read he will be) which is a big deal. a bit of trailblazing going on which is more important for boxing as a whole.
give it a chance, gamboa is still a bit green and needs to build a bit more. im sure they will fight, almost positive of it. cant say i know who will win though.
and for those that question juanmas chin, concepcion has pop and ive always said his left hook is his best punch regardless if others agree or not.

height dont win fights. hes moving up in weight. are you mad he knocked concepcion out or something? if they fought right now, juanma would win. gamboa has flaws he needs to iron out first.

the talk about his competition is an excuse to duck gamboa.

I have gamboa as a slight favorite for juanma.

juanma doesn't fight Gamboa cuz Arum is waiting for hype to build.

                next year, have patience.

Gamboa sure looks sensational but his quality of opposition is questional and way behind Lopez's.

With his amateur back ground, being undefeated and the WBA champion, the highest the ring Magazine ranks him is #6 as a featherweight. Thats only because of his level of opposition. Lopez is turning in the same or better performances against quite a bit better opposition.
