WBO Cruiserweight Champion Marco “Captain” Huck (29-1, 22 KOs) caught up with the German media yesterday as he continues his preparation for his clash with Matt Godfrey (20-1, 10 KOs). The duo will battle it out in Erfurt on August 21, which will be Huck´s fourth title defence. “Despite the hot weather in Germany we have been working really hard in practice,” Huck said. “My trainer Ulli Wegner has scheduled a lot of exhausting sessions. Fighting in Erfurt will be special for him because he lived there for a long time. So I intent to put on a spectacular performance on August 21 to please him and of course my fans all over the world. Godfrey is a tough challenger, but he has never been inside the ring with someone like me. I am the best cruiserweight in the world and I am keen to prove it once again.” [Click Here To Read More]
