Floyds Trainer issue: Roger's upcoming trial

One thing i have been thinking about is the so called issue of Roger's trial delaying the fight until May 2011.

If you think logically, his case is not going to be decided one way or another in the space of a few weeks...

If he is convicted he is likely to get a sentence of a few years because of his priors...therefore he would not be available for a May 2010 bout either.

I do not belioeve this is the reason as he did not have Roger to train hiom for the Baldomir fight and with Floyd snr ready to step in, imo the only reasons he wont fight is if the contract is not to his satisfaction(i dont believe for a second that Manny agreed to no cut off as Arum stated "Manny agreed to everything")

He doesnt want to fight again in 2010....

what are your thoughts?
