im inclined to agree but paul williams has fought in a span of 3 weight divisions. Juanma just 2.

Williams has been in there with the better fighters, but juanma has more skill and power than him P4P

Not taking anything away from Paul since I think he is an exciting fighter but pound for pound where everyone is the same size, skill wise I would still go with Juanma.
