A proposal is not a contract( signed or unsigned), a proposal is you telling me what you have and what you would agree to, that is Not an unsigned contract try again.

This isn't about Pacquiao but Arum and the soon some intelligent people realise this the better, both fighters are not scared to fight each other, I alway just laugh when I see posts that makes it look like they are.
