so were shanes and you saw what happened? who ended up going to the hosptial for his neck, it being swollen to the point he couldnt button up his shirt during the post fight interview then went into hiding after the fight? shane! let pac underestimate floyds power, thats going to be one of his biggest mistakes

what good his output if the punches dont land? 1200+ punches thrown and 240 landed against a wall, is down right terrible

yep, pacs head movement is great, clottey hit him at will

punching from angles means **** when they are seen coming and they are dodged. what is pac going to do when floyd throws every punch inthe book at this ass and even from angles?

floyd has on the philly shell and shoulder roll, RRRIIIIIIGGGHHHTTT

pac is getting ko and you know it. oh, and btw...fail post
Yeh I'm sure Pac's gonna be real scared of Floyd's power. Floyd who couldnt really hurt Marquez despite pounding him for 12 rounds. As opposed to Manny bludgeoning Marquez to the canvas on FOUR separate occasions over 24 rounds. Yeah. Manny must be shaking

However, I think Pac would put him on his back. Corley had Floyd on cloud 9 with, I believe, a big left, Judah troubled Floyd with a quick left too that had him hurt, Mosley staggered Floyd with a perfectly timed right hook. 2 of them in fact. Pacquiao is an animal right now. Fast, aggressive, tremendous footwork, enormous power and workrate. It's hard for me to believe that he won't, at some point, hurt Floyd, especially wearing Reyes gloves and if he hurts him he'll finish him.
It's not out of the question at all. It's actually highly possible that Mayweather ends up on his butt at least once for a KD, and at most for a TKO. But Mayweather can prove his greatness by fighting and dominating Pacquiao and proving his doubters wrong.

Yes, overrated. He is one dimensional, has poor defense in close and since the 2nd Marquez fight has chosen his opponents just as carefully as Mayweather ever has. The trinkets he has collected along the way are immaterial now we have so many "world champions" in each division.

The number of titles won doesn't equate to the level of greatness either. How many titles did either either Sugar Ray win? They would both wipe the floor with Pacquiao.

Mosley hits pretty hard...Mosley's KO ratio is higher than Pacquiao's actually. And those two punches that he landed on Mayweather were flush shots.

Out of Mayweather's 9 fights at WW, KO'ing only 2 of his foes, that says everything there has to be said about Floyd's power. Floyd Mayweather has no KO power at Welterweight, period.

BUT. That does not mean you can just walk through Mayweather, because although he doesn't have KO power, he has warning track power.

In Baseball, there are batters with Homerun power. Then there are batters with warning track power. And lastly there are just average hitters.

Homerun power hitters can take it out of the ball park. Warning tack power hitters, can send the ball to the warning track. The warning track is right before the wall where the ball has to go over to be a Homerun. That's what Floyd is. He is the batter that can send you to the warning track, but not seriously take you out of the ball park.

Furthermore, when there is a baserunner, let's say on second base, a warning track hit is almost as good as a homerun...because you still score.

Agree 100%. I think Floyd takes him to school for a wide UD. Even a possible late round stoppage if he really steps on the gas. He's just too technically savvy for Manny.

Also, as for Floyd's KO power at WW, I think it is suffice to say the least. I think he could have easily ko'd both Marquez and Mosley, but just stepped off the gas, and took the sure win. Mosley was practically out on his feet, and he's never been stopped to my knowledge.

I like bot fighters but I'll pick Floyd to win this one by UD. Floyd's fighting style will be a problem for pacman, we've seen pacman having hard time fighting Marquez. I think Floyd won't be able to hurt pac-man I see pacquiao walking through Mayweather's punches, Floyd should be out of there after throwing his punches and don't expect to hurt the pacman.
But there is the greatest fear Pacquiao have a Puncher's chance, he throws too many powerful punches and one might hit the home run and we all know that he is a great finisher.
