Floyd avoids this ****. Floyd is a great fighter with great ability no denying it. Its a pickem between him and pac.. i cant stand Floyd mayweather but i do acknowledge he could beat pacquaio and pose a challange to anyone in his respective effective weight classes. He truly is a fine boxer. As an individual he's arrogant, with little substance beyond that. Ali was a trash talker but beyond it.. a ****ing warrior. Floyd is interested in bolstering his ego, trashing others, and preserving the 0 on his record. He is classless... he put the first obstacle in the way for this fight... it could of gone ahead with little problem... he produced the first point of conflict. A point of conflict and a personal crusade he embarked on for the very first time.. when it came time to put pen to paper and make this fight happen. Its as convenient as his 2 year hiatus at the peak of his ability with a number of challanges on the horizon.

Floyd is a great fighter, and he could beat Pac and Vice Versa... he just takes self serving, arrogance and ego to a completely different level.. floyd doesn't give a **** and fans need to stop getting so personal about it and just ignore the ****.

Not only that. Shane was ranked at WW P-Will wasn't. Shane was ranked higher in the mythical opinion based P4P rankings by both The Ring and BoxingScene. And, finally the Shane fight was the lineal, real WW championship....

So yea put all that together at the time Shane>P-Will.

You have to stop thinking that Shane/Mag was lineal. RING decided its not for their belt because of the gray area of Shane losing to Cotto.


And i havent read any valid article saying Shane was the lineal Champion. If Cotto-Marg isnt for the Lineal title then Shane-Marg obviously is not also.
