So Floyd is "scared" yet Manny basically admitted Floyd is Mentally and Physicall stronger than him for Floyd willing to do the whole range up to the fight with random testing. Pacquaio of course is excused for admitting "blood loss" makes him weak before a fight. So it doesn't to Floyd but it does to Manny.
Watch Arum and Manny get upstaged again when they announce Manny vs Margs and Floyd trumps their circus act of a spoon fed vacant title by announcing fighting Paul Williams (the man who beat Margarito and "beat" Martinez who was beaten by Margs).
If Floyd signs to fight Sergio the excuse will be Margarito beat Sergio so Manny's fighting the tougher challenge. Though we all know Shane whooped Margarito before getting schooled by Mayweather.
Mark my words. Arum and Co. announce Margarito...Floyd shortly after announces Paul Williams. Then the Pac Stans can scramble for more lame excuses and hope Paul can get the job done vs Floyd.
If Paul doesn't..Manny's next step will be to fight undefeated Chavez Jr. Wait and see.Comment

the media always crucified Floyd. and it's not cuz he's not good....he is. he's arguably the best boxer out, any division.
it's just the way he's alienated himself. even though being a prick sells PPV's, the general view is that he's put "money" so far ahead of boxing, even ahead of his fans, that he "shouldn't" get any real credit for what he's done.
NOBODY in BWAA will give him a top 10, 15, even 20 p4p ATG rank. it's because of the insults he spews. more people see the disrespectful side than the side who congratulates his opponents after the fight, IN THE RING, and shows true sportsmanship.
Floyd respects his opponents deeply..and the proof is in the way he trains and prepares for the fight. ANYBODY who goes through that much training, conditioning, film, sparring sessions, mitt work, etc...is showing an obvious gesture of respect toward his opponent. Laughing at someone drinking urine...well, it helps the 24/7 ratings, and that's what casual fans (who might not order his fight) get to see.
We all want to see him fight Pacquiao. NSAC rules have been good enough for every fight ever held in Vegas. Fighters have won and lost. Made a fortune fighting there, etc..
And then when the world wants the one fight that might outsell DLH/FMJ, he not only starts a campaign of insults against the heralded opponent (Manny Pacquiao), he insists on a blood testing regimen unheard of in the sport. A blood testing regimen that, no matter how good it is, may have flaws (OST has never detected HGH through blood or urine as far as I know. Not only that, OST doesn't detect HGH in blood past 48 hrs. In urine, however, the tests for HGH can detect use up to 2 weeks out).
Point is....more bickering, no fight. Is the media right to crucify him? well, he's a hated figure, and the media is going for ratings.
The exact same way Floyd fights for ratings, ESPN and other outlets fight for the same $$$. Hating floyd sells ratings. Pot can't call the kettle black.Comment

Does anybody else find it strange that out of all the people bashing Floyd right now the one Guy that has been sympathetic has been Arum? By stating Pac would not fight without Roach and making it seem like its not a big deal if Floyd decides to to fight this year or next year he seems unusually sympathetic to Floyd's situation. That strikes me as odd. If Arum of all people has no issue with going on with Floyd then it makes me think there is more to this story.Comment
