Yep I agree about the bin job man .I would defintley quit especially if I had a chick and 2 kids .I sort of see a we bit of maturity lacking man with his bin job , no harm .I don't think running around slow all day is the way to train for boxing man but at the end of the day it can't be doing him no harm if he says it motivates him and he is where he is today .A combat athlete tho should always be able to adapt to his surrounding's is what I read in full throttle conditioning .If I was a world champ man you wouldn't catch me on the bins .That time would be relaxing and isolating myself what a world class fighter should do .I would be preping for even longer tougher training camps man .See Mayweather's typical day .
