The problem with this is-ONLY Arum is speaking.I haven't heard even GBP say they have agreed to anything...it is hard to judge what is happening, but I did notice that even last time with the Shane negotiations,Floyd was silent and it took a while to get everything looked over and approved.Once it was, there were a lot of people putting their feet in their mouths after saying b.s. like "Floyd will never fight a guy like Shane".
Let's not jump to conclusions before hearing BOTH sides, because the only person talking is Arum....

There is no reason for anybody to lie. If GBP didn't give them a contract, or a good contract at least, don't you think Floyd would go on a roid rage? Roger would go crazy too.

Somebody must've forgot the last negotiations, when Arum swore no one offered 14 days.

That's why I said "apparently" if we're going by Arum's word (which obviously people aren't going to jump through hoops to hold dearly), but if a proposal was indeed sent to Mayweather, it would also have to be run by GBP before anything is sent to Mayweather as with Pacquiao on the flipside as well. From Oscar being "misquoted" in the media (which in actuality he clearly stated "The fight is about done") to Arums claims of all issues being agreed upon by both parties, I think it's safe to say they've been negotiating and any proposal would be seen by both companies and fighters before anything is signed. It's been 2 weeks since Arum's claims made news and we have yet to hear anything of the contrary from Mayweather or GBP. I consider that a good sign.

Is GBP and Bob Arum ducking Mayweather too? You guys are ****ing ridiculous. Bob Arum could give a **** less if Pacquiao loses, the money he'd make against Mayweather is 5 times anything else (5 fights)!!!!!! STFU.
This is inaccurate. In actuality,Bob Arum would make more having Pacquiao take an "in-house" fight.Remember, Bob Arum collects 25+ percent of each of his fighters....

I doubt any proposal was sent without GBP's approval. With that being said, GBP nor Mayweather have debunked Arum's claims of a proposal being sent (which is something I'd think would be debunked by now).

Until they say different, I'd like to be positive and think they're headed in the right direction.
