              GBP (Mayweather's promoter) apparently also agreed to the issues before it was sent. It's not just Top Rank alone sending the proposal. Why would GBP purposely want to sabotage the fight?

                              Nope,they didn't send him 1,it's not like Floyd was trying to make new rules to fight Pacman or anything,hell he'da fought him for free,just to prove who's best!!
