WTF pacquio if mayweather is scared fight williams or martinez

I really hope mayweather accepts the fight but if not pacquio is just as bad if he takes a fight with cotto or margriato. Margriato a proven cheater with multiple losses that got knocked out by a 38 year old in his last big fight. Cotto rematch is just ******, pacquio destroyed him the first time so what is the interest the second time.

Why don't you go fight someone 8 inches taller than you when you don't have to.

My reason is besides mayweather and pacquio the only two fighters in the world within a reasonable weight difference is these 2. I have a bad feeling it will be pacquio vs margriato and cotto vs mayweather

It's not appealing to the fans but it's appealing to Bob Arum. He has the chance to make another big title fight between his two most popular fighters and keep all of the money "in house". If Pacquiao wins then Manny gets an 8th title and becomes even more popular, And if Cotto wins then they will have a trilogy and Arum can make even more money.

Does anyone really think that Arum wants Pacquiao to fight Mayweather? Absolutley not, He just wants to make as much money as possible with his fighters. Pacquiao-Cotto is a win-win situation for him, Pacquiao-Mayweather is not because his cash cow might get beaten and then retire and also because Mayweather commands alot more money than Pacquiao and Cotto do. Meaning that Arum doesnt get to keep as much for himself.

Duh. Everybody knows Bob Arum doesn't want Manny to fight Floyd. Why would Arum want his cut of $5,000 billion dollars and be part of the biggest fight in modern boxing history? Clearly, what Bob Arum wants to do at 78-years-old is fly back and forth to some god-forsaken country in the Middle East and make a fraction of what he would make against Floyd. Why can't people understand that?

Arum makes more money putting his fighters in there together. Like I said before, He doesnt care about what the fans want. He just wants to make as much money as possible with as little risk as possible. Cotto-Pacquiao is a win-win situation for him, Mayweather-Pacquiao is NOT. And I don't think he cares too much about the money he would make from a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight because he's already a billionaire. The ultimate goal for him is to have all of his fighters keep fighting each other because then his fighter's career's and Top Rank can continue to grow and develop.

I already explained all of this, If Cotto wins then they can have a trilogy. If Pacquiao wins then he becomes even more popular. If Arum put Pacquiao and Cotto in there with Mayweather and they both got knocked out, Then Top Rank would be basically ruined because those guys are his best fighters right now. Aside from Cotto and Pacquiao, Top Rank really dont have much going for them. If Mayweather knocks out Pacquiao then Arum doesnt have a "cash cow" anymore, So he is trying to set up fights with guys like Margarito and Cotto. Both of which are coming off devastating losses and are pretty much "gimme" fights for Pacquiao at this stage of their careers.

Dude I know! I agree with you!

Clearly, the smartest move is to have Pac fight Cotto and over the course of the next 2 years, maybe, just maybeeeee, make what he would make in just 1 fight against Floyd.

As long as the following things don't happen:

              1. Pac retires
              2. Cotto retires
              3. Bob Arum dies

              Obviously it's the smart move.
