Are Pac and Arum even waiting for Mayweather's response?

I know there was a so called deadline for Floyd to respond. So far, there's been no response from Mayweather. He hasn't accepted nor rejected the contract yet.

But why is Arum and Team Pac already looking into Cotto 2 or Margarito. Seriously, they are already taking about potential places like Mexico or the Middle East since Margarito can't get licensed here. Arum wants the public to believe that Floyd is the priority and Cotto and Margarito are the back up plans. From the news I read, it seems more like Cotto 2 is the plan and Margarito is the back up plan. Arum wants to keep it in the family, and Manny seems willing to fighting anyone, but is never specific on who he really wants to fight. Lately, it seems like Roach is the only one interested in Floyd.

I have a feeling Arum proposed a ****ty contract for Mayweather. So when Floyd turns it down, Arum can turn around and say "Floyd's ducking" and now Pac will fight a real fighter (one of Arum's boys of course), and try to sell it to us as being bigger than Mayweather vs. Pac, like he did with the first Pac-Cotto fight.

Floyd does not even need to sign, just agree verbally to approve the contract like Manny.. Manny will sign for sure as he has expressed his interest and approval, Floyd has remained mum.. Signing will happen if both parties agree. Pac has, Floyd hasn't. simple

That theory is very possible, but Mayweather has had time to reject the contract or at least respond. I hope just he's taking his sweet ass time like he did with Mosley.
But it's seriously getting annoying on both sides. How much time do you need to reject or accept a contract considering this is supposedly Arum's final offer? And why is Arum already moving forward with potential venues vs. Cotto or Margarito, vacant 154 lb. WBC belts and so forth, when Floyd negotiations not being over. It seems fishy on both sides, but mostly with team Pac and Arum's side.

Very true.. Either there is hope or Mayweather is just being Mayweather.

that theory of yours is ****in dumb. too baad manny ran from a fight with floyd in december and they most likely are wanting the terms they previously turned down and floyd took off the table. therefore, they obviously dont want a fight with floyd knowing hes not going to accept that bull****

but since you *******s like to flip **** around and throw logic out of the window...i guess "in theory," floyd is actually scared of pacroid.
