Define full testing. According to the USADA, they test Blood and Urine. The blood tests are random. But if the blood testing ends prior to a 14 day cut off (which happened in Floyd's previous blood testing procedure) while urine tests still continue up until just prior and immediately after the fight (blood and urine at that point), would that mean that the USADA didn't do their job? or do we assume that according to the USADA that it's "Good Enough" or "There's no need to continue blood testing" as Tygart stated about Mosley and Mayweather when asked about their blood testing?

Full testing means BOTH tests are random.

I think Arum has two contracts signed and pinned on his wall, as soon as the Mayweather fight falls apart, he's just gonna close his eyes, throw a dart and see who gets the next shot at Pac.

So... you don't care if the fight happens or not? you just want Floyd to ''win'' the negotiations?

I hear you. But it seems as if the big deal is the blood testing cut off date being Pacquiao has stated he'd submit urine with no problems. My question is if the USADA conducts the blood testing and there's no cut off date put into place, yet we find out blood testing stops even before a proposed 14 day cut off, does that mean off the jump that Pac's clean or that the USADA didn't do their job seeing as Pac's 14 day cut off bothers many people being he has a 14 day window to use any PEDs not found in urine?

We don't know what USADA protocol is and how it varies. The bottom line is two-fold:

                  1. Pacquiao wants the number of blood tests allowed cut to three.

                  2. Pacquiao requested specific dates for two of those tests and a specific window for the third.

In essence, he is completely destroying the point of unannounced testing. PERIOD.

Do you have the article where he states the days and how many times he wants to be tested? I'd actually like to read that.

Man this is a mess. Their's too much room for excuses on both fighters parts. I think it's both their faults if this fight doesn't happen. if they want it bad enough they would make it happen.

Hopefully they can find a way to make it happen. But I wouldn't be surprised if Floyd's too pissed off because of all the stuff Arum's been talking the last few weeks about how everything is set & done except Floyd's sig but for all we know, it could be completely different then what Mayweather wants now.

God this fight just needs to happen.
