What Are Your Thoughts On This P4P List?

After seeing this list, I threw up a little in my mouth, and a little in my pants.

I know that the list is basically garbage, but even if you wrote that just as a modern boxing fan who only watched heavyweight title fights, how would you have Chris Byrd at 7, David Tua at 25 and yet no Lennox Lewis anywhere? What is the point of this list? Was it generated randomly by a computer programme? The more you go through it the more there is no method whatsoever for the listing.
