Why not Pac vs Mosley?

If Floyd fight falls out.. wouldn't it be nice for Pac and Mosley to face each other?
I mean Floyd didn't really do that much damage to Shane and i'm pretty sure Floyd didn't take away his soul either ( in reference to people Marg baeting Cotto and claim he was shot after that fight ).

Sure it may not do that much for Pacs legacy, but i know it will be all out action compared to Shanes fight with Floyd..

It will be a more exciting fight compared to Pac-Cotto 2 IMO. and it could generate money more than Pac-Marg..

My only worry is that if Shane gasses out, but *****s say he never really gassed out it was just that Floyd shut him out..
