If Pac fights P.Will and wins: is he -no doubt- P4P #1?

I believe Pac is already #1, but a victory over Williams closes all valid arguments about who is #1 P4P.

It's probably about 4 months that I was regularly here but BACK THEN many guys made jokes about May and all the if's... it seems that now Pacquiao fans doing the same...

Pound for Pound king is no title - that's just opinion who is the best. I don't know why so many ppl actually care about who is number 1 and who is number two - let both guys fight each other and we will see who is the best...

Mayweather was the best and he retired - in the meantime Pacquiao became number one and did nothing to loose it - so he is number 1, but for me personally Mayweather is better then him - but that can only be settled in the ring until then - Pacquiao is 1 and May 2nd - but like said everybody can have his opinion

IF Pacman was to beat the Punisher,he would definately be be best fighter to have laced them up in about the last 20 years or so!!But him or Floyd will never fight the Punisher & if either 1 did,they wouldn't win!!
