Why is Floyd Mayweather not proving himself the best boxer of all time? He tells us all that he is. When is he going to back up his boasts? He hasn't signed to fight Pacman as of yet, and apparently Paul Williams is moving down to 147 gunning for him. Is Floyd all mouth, or will he Fcuking fight a genuine threat?
