King has nothing to do with the IBF dropping Klitschko to #4, that is Klitschko's own fault for being a ****** and trying to sue them. He's lucky to even be ranked period. Anybody trying to sue the sanctioning bodies for a title shot is just asking to be dropped in the rankings. It ruins their case. Hell, if the IBF wanted, they could put Sam Peter at #1 now and Klitschko would really be ****ed. (Peter is currently IBF #5 or 6)

Yes, absolutely neccessary. How can anybody straight like the Klitschkos? They're an insult. Wladimir I could understand before he got Kentucky Fried, at least he appeared to have some skill, but Vitali is a ****ing joke. Everyone thought so too before Wlad got knocked off.
