I think Williams would overwhelm Floyd with his great work rate, and throw him off.

Paul would stop him in a later round.

Just because Floyd hasn't fought a prime fighter or a fighter his size in some time doesn't mean hes a chump. And just because his opponents were smaller and old doesn't make them easy competition.

Mayweather wins this one by UD. Williams wins 3-5 rounds because of his reach and height.

While Williams does need to brush up technically, he would still be the one that would give Floyd the most problems he has ever faced.

Williams is a southpaw with a very high workrate. Williams is younger and has shown the stamina to go 12 full rounds.

Williams is tall and can go over Floyd's rolling shoulder defense style, if Floyd tries to use it. On the same note, Floyd's rolling shoulder defense would be limited in effectiveness also because Williams is a southpaw.

Williams also has shown to be able to take punches well so he may not respect Floyd's punches as much as someone else. That is, Williams may still keep his high work rate even if he gets hit by some of Floyd's counters.

Floyd's best advice would be to counter (time) Williams after he lunges in and can be effective as he has the speed to catch Williams. This is why Williams needs to brush up a bit but I still think Williams would have a great chance at beating Floyd.

Ahh yes, forgot he's a southpaw. This makes it a bit closer. I still favor Mayweather though.

It amazes me how badly some people overestimate how good P. Will is.

Williams leaves himself WIDE open constantly. He's way too easy to hit. And Mayweather's timing and accuracy is far too good. I'm supposed to believe that Williams would beat him based on nothing more than "he throws a lot of punches"? Get the fuck outta here.

Floyd would outbox Pwill throughout the twelve rounds all the way to a unanimous decision.
