Im not arguing witht he fact that biggie and Tupac were the greatest cuz 2pac is...But neither of them were who they seemed to be when they rapped...Biggie never sold drugs or lived in a 1 room shack...His mom said that on VH1...Biggie was better than people now a days but no one was or will ever be on pac's level...

Fifty Cent used to be more of a heavy-set guy. If you see pics of him before he got shot you'll notice.

After he got shot he was so screwed up that Doctors prescribed him steroids to make his muscle tissue grow back and speed up the healing process. Thus, he got hella swole.
