As much as I love Pacquiao I think Tommy was on a whole other planet compared to some of the welterweights of today and yesterday. 6'1 with a 78 inch reach PLUS super speed and pinpoint accuracy I would have to go with Hearns by KO.

I also think Tommy would have knocked Floyd out as well though.

Hearns at 147 beats any modern day welterweight, period.

Pac is just too small for Hearns (or Leonard for that matter) and so is Floyd, Mosley, cotto, berto, etc.

I actually think Pac puts up a better fight than Floyd for the simple reason that Manny will be on the move and Floyd will stay in the pocket with his shoulder roll defense. That jab alone will be a nightmare for floyd and I can't see him rolling hearns over hand right. Hearns stops both though. Hearnes is just too big and too skilled for both.

Yeah, love Pacman but I gotta go with Hearns on this one. Hearns was a damn beast at 147 with great power, great height, and great reach. Pacquiao is too small for Hearns.
