Their relationship turned sour when Arum's only interest in Floyd was to fatten his own pockets. According to Floyd Mayweather "Bob Arum still owes him money from the Gatti fight (R.I.P) and some prior fights before that".

When Floyd parted ways and became the cash cow in the sport of boxing trust me, Bob Arum was PISSED. The only way to get to a huge payday is to face Floyd.

A lot of fans just want to see the fight but they dont understand the business part of sport. Once Floyd got screwed he didnt want anything to do with Arum or Top Rank.

Everyone feels that Floyd is scared of:

2)Margarito
3)Pac
4)Clottey.


Floyd isnt scared of any of those fighters but the only thing they have in common is they are promoted by Arum...FLoyd doesnt fight arums fighters cuz he doesnt want Arum to make money off him..Hence the 60/40 split...Arum knows he cant make the fight happen cuz he doesnt want to take a pay cut. Floyd vs Pac will probably never happen because FLoyd and Arum dont do good business together.

I wouldn't go as far as to call Pacman a *****. But if he is in fact clean like he claims, he should just take the fuggin' tests. And this is why either one of two things are holding him back: 1)He isn't clean as he says or 2) He doesn't think he can beat Floyd Mayweather Jr. It's that simple.
