My God......hes 44 years old and he still looks solid....his biceps look like a bunch of iron dumbells....anyways good to see him happy and in a good marriage, making money and most importantly back in shape along with being peaceful.........but i will forever Miss the Iron Mans Days in the ring

I followed his career closely from 85-91, Kind of lost interest after Bruno II. He was a great fighter back in the day, thats for sure

Damn, Tyson getting back into shape....good I'm glad for him. His prior body conditioning and health looked sad considering what he once was

I think it is amazing what Mike has done. He was really overweight. I seen a pic of tyson and holyfield from afew years ago and holyfield was in great shape and tyson looked really bad. But now he looks like hes in fighting shape lean and has good muscle mass. Well done mike you have entertained us for years you look great.

Good to see Mike in better shape now. It didn't suit him being fat or for that matter too slim.

He may get more movie roles if he keeps in shape!

Wow Mike is looking in great shape. I really hope he can keep it up. I dont expect him to train on a daily basis for the next 15 years, I just mean dont blow up fat like 280lbs or anything. He does look great, and happy etc. Good luck to him, miss his fighting days. Lets just hope he does live to a ripe old age. We all luv ya Mike.
