Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer has a very good feeling about British super middleweight prospect George Groves (9-0, 7 KOs) of England. Groves will make his American debut on July 31 as part of the Juan Manuel Marquez-Juan Diaz undercard at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. [Click Here To Read More]

wow??? groves is fighting on the under card of JMM/Diaz?? i just found out know...should be interesting since i watched his last fight...was fast and hard hitting..but i reckon he hasnt reached his prime yet but when he will if he continues fighting the way he does then most likely a world title shot in the future

I can't see Groves doing much on the World scene with the likes of Dirrell and Ward running the division by the time Groves is ready.

I'd give DeGale a better chance of doing something than Groves.

Gimme a break, Dirrell would run a mile from Groves, Ward is dangerous but Dirrell ain't got **** on Groves. AND DeGale??????? You're insane!!!

haha cant take you serious with audley harrison as your name!! c'mon groves already beat degale as an amateur, albeit close, but as a pro groves has been matched twice as tough as degale, and has looked great, degale probably looks better to you because his opposition is that weak! Groves is going to be a international star....I cant see anybody not liking his heavy handed style!

168 pounds is stacked. We might end up getting British title fights that are PPV worthy.

I think Groves will grow into a light-heavyweight.
