Do they even test Boxers for Roids in other countries?

Hatton doesn't use roids.

It's because Europe is so far ahead of America scientifically and we don't **** up.

Fighters do get found positive for illegal substances outside the U.S. aswell.

I don't mean to sound harsh in saying this but your comment, "how I have never heard of a fighter testing positive for roids outside of the US"... To be honest, when have any Americans heard about ANYTHING that's happened outside of America?
