Margarito will do a catch weight fight like Cotto would I would think. If it's too low, then the fight won't even be interesting because Margarito's bread and butter against Pac would be his size. Honestly I wanted Manny to have a mega fight in the Philippines before he retires. He owes it to his fans their and his fellow country men. I wanted that fight to be against Valero, but my next pick is Margarito. My only beef is that I wanted Tony to beat another top guy at 154 and then a belt holder to make the fight more meaningful.

I agree. I still don't understand why people feel Manny will just walk through Margarito. People fail to realize that two punches from Shane almost destroyed Floyd yet Tony took repeated unanswered shots before he crumbled. I will say this though, Tony is a better fighter than Bradley, Alexander, Berto and others which is why if the Floyd fight falls through, I'd rather Manny face him.
