We've often seen fighters go from state to state, applying for licenses whereever they can get them. Do you think this will set a precedent, that when one state says no, the others will also say no?

This will look very bad if he goes to another state. Nevada is the de fact leader in this country and if they did this other states might follow suit. Not necessarily though. When Nevada wouldn't license Tyson, they went to Tennessee and he was licensed for the Lewis fight.

Intriguing enough that Lundvall says she thinks Margarito deserves a second chance... did it sound like that was a hint towards deserving a decision or towards reinstatement?

My take was she thought he deserved an up or down vote, not to have the application table. How she would have actually voted I can't say but it sounded like she probably would have voted to give him a license.
