Once the LeBron/D Wade/Bosh hoopla dies down the fight will be announced

My prediction is that sometime next week when people stop talking about the World Cup and NBA free agency, the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight will be announced.

They want headlines and all of the media's attention. There was no way anything was going to grab headlines over LeBron's decision. I don't think they want to take the chance of going heads up with the World Cup final. The MLB all star game is next week, though, so maybe they'll even wait another week.

    Just my thoughts...

    I hope so...

I cannot believe Lebron f***ed Cleveland over on a hour and a half special like that. He wants to leave, fine, but that was brutal.

      Doubtful...

I hate the Heat, but they ain't done just yet lol. You're just getting the tip of the iceberg with the whole Heat situation.

Apparently July 19th is the day Arum is supposed to make an announcement. For the sake of the fight itself, they gotta announce something quick. Promotions gotta get started.

ESPN should have a special where both Mayweather and Pac go face to face and finally sign the contracts in front of them for everyone to see. I remember a UK sports show doing that with Chris Eubank and Nigel Benn.
