Is Joel Casamayor HOF worthy?

I know alot of people dont like his style but you have to take his accomplishments into account when you consider this...

1. Other than Marquez all of his losses are controversial and he has faced some of the best 130lb and 135lb boxers of this generation including Corrales, Freitas, Marquez, Castillo, Campbell, Michael Katsidis among others.

2. He won 2 of the 3 fights in the trilogy with Diego Corrales

What do you think? Is he worthy of a place in the HOF?

I think he is but whether he will get in? I'm not sure.
