Most FEARED boxer ever??? Liston or Tyson???

The most feared boxer ever is clearly either Klitschko. People wont fight them. No one wants a rematch. They have wrecked the heavyweight division and scared all slick black americans into other sports.

Tyson was very intimidating in his prime, but I'd say Liston.

Henry Cooper wrote in his autobiography that he would have fought Ali every day of the week and twice on Sunday quite happily, but he'd cross the road if he saw Sonny Liston coming the other way! Refreshingly honest if nothing else. Cooper's manager Jim Wicks simply referred to Liston as a killer...I guess it's hard to judge as most of the footage we see of Liston is Ali caning him these days.

Floyd Patterson must have bought that disguise with him for a reason.

Id say listong. Thug. Jai time. Lol Tyson had them qualities too buuuut just something about Liston. Obviously he was more of a imposing figure than tyson.

I don't know who was tougher outside the ring, but what I do know is if they both got in the ring together prime for prime, Liston would have gotten KTFO'd.

liston looked scary and more intimidating than tyson, but mike fought in a more intimidating way. Liston was big, had great power but he didnt explode on opponents the way mike did. It's close but i think mike edges him.
