I'd rank them
1.Groves
2.DeGale
3.Jeffries
Smith at the moment would likely beat them on experience at domestic level, but give Groves a few more fights to adjust and i see him being the pick of the bunch. The lad should bag a world title in years to come. Degale has shown great composure and hasn't really been threatened by any challenge, so i hope to see him step up soon. I've seen little of Jeffries to make much of an assumption at the moment.

Jeffries is a good fighter.
As an amateur he had a great jab, but seems to have neglected it in the pro game. He also looked a little embarrassed with the level of opposition he's facing, Maloney needs to step him up soon.
He can potentially be a world beater, but I think he needs a new trainer and needs to work on using the jab. Instead he tries to finish the fight early and gets caught with some ****** shots.
He does have a huge fanbase though.
