According to the link and article posted by Sgt Rock....Manny Pacquiao has sent Floyd the March 13 terms which are the terms that fell through the first time. There is no issue with Floyd sr training Floyd Jr. THe only issue was the contract and terms on hand. And once again Manny has managed play by his own rules. Manny really wants to fight Cotto so all hopes for a Floyd fight are now dead.
I'm not wasting my money to see Cotto get his butt kicked again. Pacquiao turned cotto into the elephant man. Will this fight really be that much different? Doubt it....He pulled this with clottey and now he is back to cotto...shame shame shame..

Simple...for simple people. The whole concept was brand new, and was NOT part of the Las Vegas Commission testing rules, and Manny P saw NO REASON to accept it. He knew, quite rightly so, that it was just a psychological ploy by Mouthweather, something he always does, one way or another, to get his "edge". There was really NO GOOD or evev BAD reason to do anything differently from the standard boxing tests, which catch fighters just about every week.AND.....he had had a bad experience with a blood test just before the losing Moreales fight. So he and his advisors said NO...and quite rightly so.
Since then, there has been a huge outcry against the fight not being made, and he reconsidered, and felt that 14 days, WHICH WAS WHAT MOUTHFLOWER originally wanted, would still leave him time to recover from any negative effect. The important thing being, to make the multi-million dollar fight.
So this is where it stands, All the speculation, lies told as truths, hot info straight from the horse's mouth, and a lot more, is just pure BUMPFH.
Frankly, although I have never felt that ANY boxer who fights for a living was afraid to get into a ring even with a killer. But all the recent signs show that Mouthweather is placing these more and more impossible condirtions merely to aggrave his opponent beyond prudence. or to get him, fed up, stomping away, saying thats that......no fight- and to hell with it.

Nah, Pacquiao is King so lets forget he duck the fight in january to fight Clottey, NOW he wants it and everyone shall bow before him..
Fighting Mosely instead of Pac is hardly a duck on Mayweather's part. Like someone stated before they both want the fight on their own terms. I would rather see Mayweather fight Martinez or Bradley instead of waiting for him and Pac to reach a deal
