Tim Bradley on Mayweather, Pac, Khan, Alexander and Maidana

WBO junior welterweight (140 pounds) champion Tim Bradley (25-0, 11 knockouts) outlined for FanHouse the top six opponents he would like to face, giving assessments of each -- including his July 17 opponent, Luis Carlos Abregu.

Welterweight (147 pounds) contender Luis Carlos Abregu (29-0, 23 KOs)

Abregu will find out how good I am on July 17. He's a powerhouse. He's got decent skills, and an okay amateur background. He's tall and rangy with a good right hand, good right uppercut and a decent left hook. He's just got heavy hands, man.

I will have to feel his power. Skill-wise, I don't think that he's that great. But he can punch, and that's pretty much it. For me to win this fight, it comes down to fighting smart and not getting over confident.

Abregu is a dangerous fighter, but I trained to go 12 hard rounds. I'm not a knockout puncher, but anything can happen. A knockout against him would be amazing.

WBC and IBF junior welterweight (140 pounds) champion Devon Alexander (20-0, 13 KOs)

Devon Alexander? I would like to have him as my next fight. The skinny on Devon Alexander is that he's young, he's got a couple of world titles, he's 23 years of age. Devon is very talented, and you can make no mistake about that at all.

I mean, he's won two world titles, which is what I've done. Devon is a slick southpaw, take nothing away from him at all. He's a good puncher. A decent puncher. He's just a slick fighter, man, and a really slick southpaw. He comes in great condition for every fight, and he's hungry to be on top.

WBA junior welterweight champion Amir Khan (23-1, 17 KOs)

Amir Khan is probably one of the most talented fighters at 140, if not the most talented. Great amateur pedigree and he's coached by a great trainer in Freddie Roach, who, I mean, is a really great trainer. But I have to say that Amir Khan has and is being protected.

Amir Khan is probably the most protected 140 out there. That's the way that I feel. I feel as if he's the most protected 140 out there, for real. We can get it on the next fight, as well. Either the next fight, or early next year.

WBA interim champion Marcos Rene Maidana (28-1, 27 KOs)

Marcos Maidana is highly-rated, and he should be. But he's a slugger. He's one-dimensional. And I think that that's a negative on his part. I don't think that he can box. He can come forward and he has a big punch, but he can be out-boxed.

I am a little frustrated with him because of the three postponed fights that we were supposed to have, but, I mean, he can be next too. Because of him, I've been out of the ring since December, which is seven-something months. That's a long time for a guy like me who wants to be active.

I'm an active fighter, and to be sitting this long is ridiculous because there's the worry of ring rust being out this long. But whatever the reason -- Maidana said that his back was hurt, supposedly, and he had managerial problems. I think that that's all baloney.

    Six-time champion Floyd Mayweather (41-0, 25 KOs)

Floyd Mayweather is the best fighter in the world, but the best fighters bring out the best in me, and that's why I want to get into the ring with Floyd. I feel that you will see the best Tim Bradley that night. I mean, no question, Floyd is the best fighter to ever lace on a pair of boxing gloves.

He's the cream of the crop, man. I was raised watching that guy. Throughout my amateur career, you know, he was great. He's great for boxing. I just would love to have my shot at him. That's what I said when I started my career.

I said that if Floyd was still around by the time that I got on top, that I wanted him. I said that I wanted to be the first man to beat him, and I absolutely believe that I can do that. I think that he would bring out the best in me, no doubt about it.

WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao (51-3-2, 38 KOs)

Manny Pacquiao, man, he's a good fighter. I put him up there with Floyd. Manny does some unbelievable things. Probably the best fighter in his era, right up there with Floyd.

I would really love to see those two fight. It would be fireworks, though, between myself and Manny. Manny's a busy guy, and I'm a busy guy. You would have two busy guys in the ring who love to exchange. Somebody's going to get hurt.

The final verdict? I think that I can beat him. I think that I can out-smart him. I honestly think that I could beat him.
