Does Klitschko-Povetkin register?

I voted no. I don't hate the Klitchkos' guts or anything but the reason for HBO cutting them has a financial benefit. More money for better more competitive fights like Alexander-Bradley, Martinez-Williams. The Klitckos tower over most of the guys in the division and not many of the top Heavyweights have that much skill.

I want to see it and would prefer if it was on HBO or Showtime. I think Povetkin is a talented boxer that comes to fight. He's earned his shot and should make for the most competitive fight Wlad has had in some time.

I think everyone can agree on one thing:

This fight registered 2 years ago when Povetkin was coming off wins over Chambers and Byrd and had become the mandatory.

Though neither man has lost in the meantime the lack of seriousness on Povetkin's part has caused many casual fans to lose interest in the matchup.

Does that sound a little bit like the scenario playing out with Klitschko-Haye?
