It sounded like Pac is trying to lure Flyod into fighting. Hopefully Flyod has enough balls to accept the fight.

why? pac should have already retired after the clottey fight but he beg his mom to fight one more time so that he could give the boxing fans what they wanted which is to fight floyd, but what pac can do if floyd don't want none of pac? i believe that after his november fight with floyd or anyone pac will retire to concentrate on his political career.

as quoted “Pacquaio, a Hall of Famer in Ring Magazine, has already filed a bill seeking the creation of a provincial hospital, a college, and livelihood programs for the province of Sarangani.”

Pacman will file a bill to create a hospital, a school and so on while his fellow congressman will do the same for their own respective province. Knowing that the Philippines has limited budget, the divvied amount can go so far. Sarangani Province is not known as producer of products such as mining, agriculture and items for export. In short it has generated less taxes in par with other province and proportionately will get less. For an ambitious and expensive projects it might require additional outside funding maybe from Pacman himself. Like Arum said, he might have to fight to earn his projects to succeed. hope he will succeed. he is doing good things for his province...

              it's ok
if Pac retires, he can let Floyd be his butler
if Floyd does a really good job, he can even do Pac's laundry too
