Besides helping floyd with the mitts(which can easily be replaced with someone else), what exactly does he do? Every time I see him in the corner with floyd all he says is "Keep doing the same thing. Hit that motherF*****".
What exactly does roger mayweather do?

What you see on 24/7 is only what they want you to see..they are not going to reveal Floyd working on certain punches etc or talking strategy as this would give the game away..so they show him doing SOME padwork that is focused on reactions and speed rather than throwing specific punch combinations.
Im not saying his the best trainer in boxing, Freddie/Steward/****m are ahead of him imo, but he has to be doing something right..Floyd is 41-0 afterall...Comment

Floyd doesnt train in front of the camera. He only does mitts and heavy bag and skipping. If you think you have seen all Floyd does then you got it wrong. In addition Floyd says Roger watches all the opponent's videos and come up with a strategy.
What type of question is this? What do trainers do?Isnt Roger the one who trains Floyd?WHat Roger says in the corner,he tells Floyd what to do.Watch The Floyd-Oscar fight,Roger was saying 'dont stay on the ropes,Oscar is tring to decieve the judges...',basically Roger brings changes when changes are needed.Floyd would let Roger train him if Roger didnt do nothingComment

What ya'll are failing to realize is that there is not another trainer that has been with their fighter longer than Roger has been with Floyd. You don't need to hear him give Floyd instructions such as the likes of Freddie Ro and Emanuel Stew. Roger and Floyd have been together so long that barely anything needs to be said. Put it like this, I would be 100 times more comfortable seeing Floyd in the ring withOUT Roger, than I would be if Pac DID'NT have Freddie in his corner. Because Floyd can operate on his own 100 times better than Pac can. This is a huge advantage that NOBODY seems to discuss at all or even take into consideration. It is the difference in all of Floyd's fights and will be no different if he faces Pac. You heard it here 1st.Comment
