My take:
It's simple if Margarito wants to prove he should be reinstated in the US Nevada should send a strong message that he needs to return to California and get the nod from them first!
I have never seen so many BS statements and flip flopping.
From Margarito now fully blaming Capatillo and claiming to have no responsibility since he just put his hands out there
to Kizer trying to legitimize the Cotto bout by stating that there was no way Margarito's wraps were tainted there, Jay Nady was in the room! Yeah cause he doesnt screw **** up like every other fight.
Also was Evangelista there or not? Kizer is making it sound like he was, is this the truth or not? Regarding Kizer, he comes across to me as a guy always trying to cover his tracks. If Im not mistaken they didnt have a clue how to test for or detect the EPO that Mosley was on for the DLH fight nor have they shown interest in correcting that by changing their future policies.
At the end of the day this is about money and influence. If Margarito is reinstated in Nevada it will likely be due to pressure from Arum and a looming financial windfall for Vegas if the Pac vs Margarito fight comes off. What it should be about is the safety of fighters and the integrity of the commissions that are supposed to protect them.
