Is 50-50 split and no cut off date a Reasonable Offer?

Floyd accepting a 50-50 split even though he is a bigger draw

    and

Manny accepting no cut off dates for the drug testing

Is this a fair offer, what do you guys think? Discuss...

I think its not the split that is such a problem even though i could understand why floyd wants more as he is the bigger pay per view draw based on previous numbers, but its the point of random testing and with a 14 day cut off date its not random anymore, so kills the whole point.

mosley's tests were random and mosley or floyd jr didnt know when USADA will stop testing BECAUSE they were random, so pacquiao should have random tests too otherwise he would know when the testing stops (14 days)

Flolyd's probably askin for the bigger split since he is the bigger draw but more so because of manny not agreein to NO CUT OFF date

I think this is the best offer and the only way the fight will get made . and imo it's better than 60-40 for floyd and 14-day cut-off testing offer although floyd deserves a bigger split of money, because it assures a clean fair fight .

50/50 with no cutoff date is perfectly fair, if the fight is at 140.
