      Well its really how someone perceives a fighter's skills/ability when compared with other fighters across all weight classes and all of the best fighters competing in boxing.

      It has nothing to do with what wins a fighter has but fighters with an abundance of skills and ability tend to win often as crazy as that sounds.

          I was always under the impression that "pound-for-pound" just meant who was the best fighter if every man were the same size. You can come with your own criteria, it's a mythical thing and shouldn't be taken as seriously as it often is.
