manny has alot of hair on his body (no *****) and hes the fastest to ever lace em up so id say no hair doesnt make you slower

in the amateur's they make you shave all your facial hair for every match, maybe fighters like Mayweather, Ali, and Tyson got used to it.

Also it's a big thing amongst sprinters. Most shave their legs because it is believe it makes you run faster. I'm not sure if it has been proven true or not, but I have ran competitively and it seem 99% of them share in that practice.
